Since 1975, we have seen countless cars pass through Gallery Aaldering. You can imagine that we have lost count, but one thing is certain: we have had thousands of MGB models. It's not surprising, as the MGB is one of the most sought-after classics. It was also considered an immensely popular sports car of its time, as evidenced by the production numbers of 500,000 sold units. Over the years, we have come to know exactly how these cars are put together and what to look out for.
Our example is a beautiful MG that is in great condition. In Old English White with a black leather interior, it features a classic color combination that will appeal to many people.

Additionally, this MG is equipped with the chrome bumpers of the older MG models to achieve the classic look of the early MGB examples. This MG also has some other nice modifications, such as SU carburetors, power brakes, and a stainless-steel exhaust system. In fact, we can summarize this car as follows: You get the great driving characteristics of the later MGBs and the fantastic appearance of the very first examples.

The overall condition is neat. The body color is still in fine shape with a nice shine. We must admit that the cream-white color combined with the chrome work exudes class. The various body panels fit nicely together, and the MG has beautiful wheels that give the car not only a classic look but also a sporty touch.

The interior is still very tidy, with a nice steering wheel, a well-maintained dashboard, and neatly kept carpets. The leather upholstery is in good condition. The instrumentation with all gauges works properly. Of course, the seats offer good support, and you sit perfectly— a wonderful seating position!

Under the hood, everything looks neat and well-maintained. Of course, the SU carburetors are a nice bonus. The engine starts immediately and runs smoothly, and this MG drives wonderfully, partly due to the modifications. The car shifts, brakes, and clutches properly, and you are quickly on your way with this convertible.

In summary, despite the fact that the most exclusive cars we offer are a true dream for many, an MGB Roadster is definitely the definition of enjoyable, open-driving and fun.
