The Healey was restored and rebuilt in the period 2008/2009 by a recognized rally specialist. There are invoices and photos available of the work carried out. In 2019, the gearbox was overhauled and in 2018 the engine was overhauled and tuned. Invoices are also available for this work. The Austin-Healey is rally prepared and equipped with a 6-point roll cage, 80 liter aluminum fuel tank, adjustable shock absorbers, electronic ignition, oil cooler unit, electric radiator, coolant expansion tank and a separate brake system. The Healey is powered by the powerful 2912cc 6-cylinder engine that is coupled to a manual 4-speed gearbox with competition overdrive. The interior of the Healey is equipped with bucket seats with diamond stitching, sports pedals and a detachable sports steering wheel. For safety, a custom-made 6-point roll cage has been chosen.
