This is a rare TR3 that was shipped to South Africa as a kit and completed by Motor Assemblies Durban. The previous owner imported the TR3 from South Africa in 2009 and carried out a body-off restoration together with his father-in-law in the period 2020-2022. The previous owner's father-in-law is a master mechanic and this is reflected in the level of restoration. No expense has been spared to make this a top car and the entire restoration is recorded in a thick folder full of invoices and an extensive photo report. Besides the fact that this Triumph looks great, it is technically in top condition. The gearbox and 1991cc 4-cylinder engine have been overhauled and the car has various technical upgrades such as a reinforced chassis, EBC brake discs and pads and adjustable SPAX shock absorbers. You will not easily come across a better TR3. Yellow Triumph TR3 for sale The Triumph TR3 that we offer for sale here is truly a sight to behold. It has a beautiful yellow paint that makes this classic a real eye-catcher. The chrome is in beautiful condition and combines beautifully with the paint.
